About Us...
The existing hotel was originally known as an inn called the Hart, which occupied the south-west corner of the Green - where the pool room is situated. The whole of this building was rebuilt between the 17th and 19th centuries. In the 18th century the west end, the corner of the Green and the London road, was known as the White Hart - where the main entrance & bar is now situated. |
Dating back to 1659, The White Hart Hotel is located in one of Wiltshire's oldest market towns, Calne. All 15 bedrooms, bar & restaurant were sympathetically renovated in September 2003, and the contemporary decour tastefully incorporates many of the building's traditional features, with oak beams & original fireplaces in many rooms.| CONTACT US | ||
